Why this exists
Plenty of people finish a course able to lay a beautiful wall and still earn nothing from it. They don't know what to charge, they've got nowhere to send someone who's interested, and they're waiting for work to arrive on its own.
Business in a Box exists because the gap isn't skill. It's everything around the skill, and that part is far more boring to build than a feature wall, which is exactly why most people never get round to it.
So we build it for you. The training is the same training anyone can buy. What you can't buy separately is the website, the lead system, the contracts, the kit, the applicator listing, and someone still answering the phone two years in.

We build it, we host it, and there's no hosting fee for as long as you're with us. It comes with the lead generation system already wired in, so enquiries land somewhere rather than in an inbox you forget to check.
Most programmes end on a date. This one doesn't. One-to-one support from Tom continues until you've taken £20,000 from your decorative finishes work, however long that takes.
It's not a promise that you'll hit that figure; nobody honest can promise you that, because it depends on your practice, your market and how much work you actually go after. What it does mean is that we don't stop answering the phone at an arbitrary cut-off, and that our interest in you succeeding doesn't expire.

Tools, materials, contracts and a working website arrive as a package. Behind it is someone who has spent ten years installing decorative finishes commercially and residentially, and trained over 6,500 people worldwide.
Places on Business in a Box are limited for the obvious reason: the one-to-one support only means anything if there aren't fifty people in the queue for it.

Common questions
No. Plenty of people come from another trade and some have never plastered at all. What matters more is whether you'll put the practice hours in, the training works, but not on its own.
The Venetian Plaster Masterclass at £997 already includes one-to-one mentoring and the business and marketing modules, so we won't pretend those are what you're paying the difference for. What Business in a Box adds is the things you cannot buy separately: a website built and hosted for you, a lead generation system already running, done-for-you content, client contracts, tools and materials, group coaching, an approved applicator listing, and support that continues until you have taken £20,000. If you only want the training, buy the Masterclass. We would rather tell you that than take five thousand pounds off you.
One-to-one support from Tom continues until you've taken £20,000 from your decorative finishes work, rather than ending after a set number of weeks or sessions. It isn't a promise that you'll reach that figure. That depends on your practice, your market and how much work you go after, and it applies while you're actively working the programme.
It's built for you and hosted by us with no hosting fee while you're with us. You get up to five rounds of revisions so it genuinely reflects your work rather than being a template with your name on. SMS and email usage is billed at cost with nothing added on top.
Honestly, it varies enormously and anyone quoting you a number is guessing. It depends on your practice hours, your area, and how quickly you're willing to quote work. What we can say is which part usually causes the delay. It's almost never the plastering, it's the not asking for the job.
